Who are we?
Warwick Community Playschool is a charity run term time only setting, led by the Warwick Community Association.  We offer sessional care for children aged 9 months to 5 years. We have worked hard over the years to create an amazing provision that has been rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2018 and again in 2024!

We are situated in the Bungalow on the Warwick Primary School site on the Kingsway Estate in Wellingborough.  This give us a prime opportunity to provide tailor made care for our children as well as aiding the children's transition into the wider learning community.

The team have worked tirelessly to build an ethos that is felt within the playschool.  Our aim is that all of our children reach their full potential whilst having fun and enjoying the thrill of childhood.

We have created a bespoke curriculum to work from, ensuring that all children's needs, interests and fascinations are taken in to account.  We provide play invitations throughout the day as well as letting the children take the lead on their learning making the most of each moment.

Children flourish at this inspirational nursery, where staff ensure that children are at the centre of everything

Parents are exceptionally complimentary about the nursery and staff. They say their children make excellent progress and that they feel very well informed. Parents are provided with additional support and knowledge to help them further support their children at home. Ofsted 2024

All children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who speak English as an additional language, benefit from highquality interactions as staff play alongside them. Children with SEND make rapid progress with sensitive and tailored support from staff, who work collaboratively together to provide an environment where all children are highly motivated. A recently developed sensory area provides children with a calm and nurturing space. Ofsted 2024

Staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about children and get to know their backgrounds and interests. They make regular and precise assessments of what children know and can do, to identify what they need to learn next. Staff carefully consider how they develop the environment to support and sequence children's learning.  Ofsted 2024
